Structure Features:The telescoping tapered metal cover is made of top quality steel strips with thermal treatment. It provides total protection for lead screws, axles and bars. The machinery parts to be protected, whose both ending flanges are installed to the metal covers, are well protected without any contact. The connection ot tne cover ana tne nanges 1s ach1evea w1tn its own precompression elasticity. It's stable, flexible and noiseless in the operation. Its black appearance coincides with most ftange parts of the machinery.

The telescoping tapered metal cover is customized according to diameters and travels of the lead screws, axles and bars.So please follow the instructions below:

1.Please make selections according to the specifications provided by us.

2.We will manufacture according to the cover diameter D,Lmax and Lmin which are provided by the customers. The prices are calculated with single standard.

1.The flanges shall be prepared by customers, or we can provide the blueprint.

2.Favorable prices upon favorable order quantities.

3.No special requirements for 02 except special size requirements.
